Love blooms in a cactus in flower

Love, Luck and Laughter

What does it mean?

I’ve a cousin who always signs her cards with these three magical words.

It’s like wishing you the best of everything.

Garden on the edge of a desert.
Love blossoms in a garden on the edge of a desert.

Imagine a world without love.

It would be as pointless as having nobody

to share the world with.

No-one to say I love you in a myriad of ways.

How many ways, you ask?

Have you done your seatbelt up?

What time will you be home?

Thanks for the birthday wishes.

I thought of you the other day…

…and smiled.

I’ve no doubt you could add a zillion tiny statements that say ‘I love you.’

Rainbows are a symbol of hope
Rainbows are a symbol of hope

The best of British old boy. (I don’t quite get that, but I’ve heard it!)

Hope it all turns out for you.

Good luck at your …interview… school concert …. new job.

Hope all goes well.

In a way, those are statements of love, as well.

Hope endures
Luck shines through and gives us hope.

Where has the laughter gone?

In this fast paced world that requires we are doing this,

doing that, hurrying from A to B

with a phone in our hands

letting social media fill our minds with endless crap

and good stuff

A child's laughter is gold
A child’s laughter is gold. And capturing it on social media to share brings joy.

Laughter evaporates into the abyss of the ethernet, some say.

Though, of course, we can share joy too!

Laughter is just around the corner.

In a child’s mischievous smile,

In a quirky mannerism,

At a birthday party filled with fun and noise!

It’s in simply enjoying the moment.

THE MOMENT, you say!

Now there’s a thought.

More than a thought, I say. It’s the ‘in thing’ to ‘be in the moment.’

To be ….

Of the now.

It’s a joy to hear a child laugh.

It’s even more joyful to hear an adult filled with

In this singular journey through life…

May you always have enough.

May your journey be filled with enough love, luck and laughter
May your journey be filled with enough….
